30th December 2020 — Abbey Wood, London
Second time mudlarking and my first find was an echinoid fossil.
Lots of small fossils among the rocks by the river Ure, in between the Lower and Middle Force.
Plentiful fossils, smaller on the foreshore but some larger further back.
Sparse fossils on a very busy beach. Mostly chalk fossils, one possible dinosaur find.
Bivalves in chalk, flint echinoid fossils.
A bivalve fossil.
Shark's teeth, make sure to go at low tide.
